Eligibility Criteria of Tinsukia Judiciary Recruitment

Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India as defined under Article 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India. 
 
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange of Assam and the Registration is to be valid as on the last date of submission of applications. 
 
Age Limit: Candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on as on 1st January 2026.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be as per Govt. Norms for reserved categories in pursuance of Govt. O.M. No. ABP.6/2016/51, Dated 2nd September, 2020.
 
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have minimum qualification of VIII standard pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply.
